Have been the client of Dr. Timothy Butcher for about 5 years and I can only tell you that he is the most patient, caring psychologist you could ever wish for. His office is very nice and the atmosphere is incredibly ambient and relaxing. Not only he is highly professional, but also a great human being. His front desk person is always accomodating with appointments and very responsive. You won’t need to leave numerous voicemails that typically nobody ever returns in other offices. He is also the best when it comes to specific issues like ADHD. If I could give him 10 starts, I would.

Best ADHD counselor I've experienced by a wide margin. Couldn't give Dr. Butcher more credit if I tried.

Only downside is he doesn't do phone or tele-visits, which proved challenging for my work schedule.

This place does a great job. You barely wait in the waiting (Most of the time). They are very knowledgable. I came from a different state and had a hard time finding a doc that would see me. Then I came here and everything has been great since. They work hard with you to make sure that your life is running smoothly.

I’m glad to see I’m not the only one who is having trouble getting an appointment despite, emailing, calling and completing the online form. If anyone has any advice on how to get an appointment scheduled, please post here. I’m not sure how else to get help.

I've tried to call them at least five different times to set up an appointment have not gotten a call back did Their online scheduling 5 days ago and haven't got a call back so on to the next place

EDIT: Initially had trouble getting through but turns out the office staff was out sick for three weeks. Incredibly responsive and attentive.
