Maria Duborkina of MD Creative Lab was responsible for the project of expansion of our house after we bought an adjacent flat.

We put her in charge of:
- Planning and design the connection of the two buildings
- defining the spaces of the new section of the house (i.e. the adjacent flat)
- getting the required approval from the town responsible office
- supervising the construction works and coordinating the various artisans which worked on the project
- designing the interiors
- reviewing the bills of the artisans

We were extremely pleased with the overall work and, of utmost importance, the result of
the project both from a pratical and from a visual point of view.

Maria was able to connect to us and translate our ideas and dreams into something concrete and real which fully matched our requests (in terms of materials used, design and space usage).

Notwithstanding the fact that this project was her first of this type after the studies, she got to manage and coordinate artisans very professionally and also putting the correct pressure onto them to get the work done in time, with the expected quality and within the pre-defined budgets.

We wish Maria the best for her professional career knowing that she will surely succeed.
