Awful experience with pharmacy. Again. I've been seeing my doctor at Nigro for many years. Each time - contact with pharmacy is a rough challenge due to the pedestrian rudeness of the personnel. Today, pharmacy person, instead of calmly explaining how to transfer my prescription, finished her speech with 'this is how we do things in America!' Touche! Seriously? Congratulations and... welcome!

Pharmacy is the worst experience as they are not professional and try to support the clients. I was a first time client and bought medication through their pharmacy. I had to call because medication said it was delivered but it actually never arrived. I called more than 4 times and said they would try to help out but never did. One person who I spoke to said they wouldn’t resend the order or let me pick it up at the pharmacy because that would cost them money and it’s on me. So basically forget the client, it’s the pharmacy who matters.

I had my first visit today and overall it was an awesome visit. The offices are very modern & clean. The receptionist that checked me in was kind and efficient. I didn’t have to wait long to see Dr. Spedale.

Dr. Spedale was very attentive... she listened to me and was very clear and detailed in what she wanted to do to fix my problem. She was very prepared and I felt good leaving the office.

The in office pharmacy was also convenient and the staff was nice.

Free parking in the parking garage.

They will prescribe the medicine only to their own medical(which in different location) and we can't make payment in the office. I was told that they will call after 2 days and we need to provide our credit info over call (in my case they didn't even pass the info to the medical .I didn't get call for a week. I did the followup ).There is no online payment. They are not even asking our nearest pharmacy and are hesitant to share authorization letters.

I won't go again and not recommended this to any friends. They staff are not friendly as well.

My partner had to call several times in a day just to get a response a few days later and the nurse she was speaking to was very rude and condescending. The nurses name was Ariana. Then later that week they got an email saying that they could no longer be my partner's dermatologist. This place has terrible customer service and no care for the patient they're seeing, I DO NOT recommend going to this Dr. If you wanna even call them that

Thank you so much Dr. Nigro! Brought my 1 year old son because he was having problems with his skin that his pediatrician could not seem to solve. Within a day of his treatment he was so much better! Extremely pleased with the results.

We were referred to Dr. Nigro by our pediatrician for our 8 month old daughter. I called and had an appointment set up for the next day, which was awesome because I’d been struggling to find a pediatrician that had any openings with our insurance. Our appointment was for 1:45, but we showed up around 1:15 and didn’t even wait 5 minutes to be called back. In the room, we spoke with the nurse and expressed our concerns with my daughter’s skin. She took notes and stated she’d be back with the doctor shortly, I figured we’d be waiting a little bit, but Dr. Nigro came in not even 5 minutes after. He was very friendly and quickly identified what my daughter’s issue was with her skin, prescribed us a couple of things and we were on our way. I loved the fact that they have the pharmacy in office as well, don’t have to wait for our usual pharmacy to get the order and have it ready, which usually takes a few hours. We were able to get home and start our daughter on the ointment prescribed right away. Every staff member we spoke to was extremely nice and welcoming. My 2 yr old came along with us for his little sister’s appointment and when leaving he was given some cool Ninja Turtle stickers, which he was extremely happy about. Would definitely recommend Dr. Nigro to anyone!

Saturday I had an inflamed skin problem in an uncomfortable area, I was in a lot of pain, Heather Jordan was the absolute best! I visited Saturday to get checked out and the process was very smooth, comfortable and easy. Everyone who works there is kind, helpful and caring.

Seeing me on short notice was huge help since no one else in town was open Saturday or available at least, Heather took me in and explained everything in detail and relieved me, I felt that I am in safe hands with someone experienced.

I went back in today for another check up, and same thing, Heather and everyone else took great care of me, I definitely recommend to anyone, forget about ER or anyone else. This is the place to go, you won’t regret it.
