I am utterly appalled by the horrific experience I had with SRL Interior . I entrusted them with the task of transforming my flat into a beautiful living space, but what they delivered was an absolute disaster.

From the very beginning, it was clear that this agency lacked the professionalism and expertise they claim to possess. They promised to complete the project within 2 months, but instead, they dragged it out for a painful 5 months, causing immense inconvenience and stress.

The quality of their work is shockingly poor. The finishing is virtually nonexistent, leaving my property in a state of utter disarray. The walls, which were supposed to be elegantly colored, look like a haphazardly painted mess. It's evident that their staff is inexperienced and lacks the necessary skills to carry out a proper interior designing project.

What's even more distressing is the extent of the damage they inflicted on my property. I counted over 100 places in my flat where their careless work has resulted in permanent damage. It's as if they had no respect for my property or my investment.

Throughout this ordeal, their customer service was equally disappointing. They were unresponsive to my concerns, brushed off my complaints, and displayed a shocking lack of accountability for their actions.

I am writing this review as a warning to others who might be considering SRL Interior for their projects. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. I strongly advise against entrusting them with your property, as they are incapable of delivering the quality and professionalism they promise.

In conclusion, my flat is now a reflection of their incompetence and negligence. I am left to deal with the aftermath of their subpar work and extensive damages. Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this agency. Your property and your sanity deserve much better than what SRL Interior Designing agency can offer

Hi Viewers,
To give a brief background about me , I am an engineer currently based out of Bangalore and recently purchased a 3 BHK home for my elderly parents at Kolkata, Since I stay outside of Kolkata I had given the Interior work responsibility to SRL Interiors. This is to make everyone aware this company to my opinion is a Fraud and very unprofessional and have damaged my property and I had experienced this with my hard earned money. They approached with sugar coated sweet promises and hopes and whatever work samples they had showed on videos & pictures to me it all now looked like fake to my opinion . For easiness I have bullet points mentioned below along with pictures & videos of my house that he worked on .

• The Interior quality is very poor , the so called machine finished furniture has no finishing to it , pasting gums are all over the furniture edges , hinges are loose, the measurements were taken wrong , they changed the wardrobe colors on their own without any prior permission & approval of the client.
• The electricals , carpentry & coloring work are pathetic. The way they colored my home it looks like they were painting a fast food shop. There are overlap of colors on the wall edges , wall colors spilled over doors and vice versa, none of my electrical sockets are white because those idiots painted the electrical sockets too along with walls.
• The doors , walls are damaged almost in every room, hall & kitchens. The so called machine finished furniture he installed at our home are seen to have damages all over it , the laminations are damaged , hinges are loose , drawers not closing properly, measurements were taken wrong and what not.
• The behavior of the person in charge of the work was very unprofessional , once money given to him , he doesn’t pick up calls , he responds over whatsapp after sending several of messages , the workers assigned by him were also like him only very unprofessional and did rubbish work throughout my entire home.
• SRL interior promised home handover within 50-70 days , today we have crossed 120+ days(4+ months) and I will attach pictures for you to judge how much work has been done.

Below are the attached pictures & videos of the house after spending approx 88% of the total quotation.
I came back from Bangalore for a visit & Once I found this much damage to my property , to safeguard myself from further scam & damage I had to stop the work immediately at this point.

This post is to make everyone aware about SRL interior's quality of work and then make wise choice of making a deal with him or not.
