Negozio bellissimo con un'assortimento di qualità. Tra i negozi visti a Bellagio, l'Azalea era il migliore. I prodotti, fatti a mano e in Italia, hanno dei prezzi onestissimi oltre a essere stupendi.
Il personale era cortese e gentile, attento alle esigenze del cliente.
Sono passata per caso davanti alla vetrina e sono rimasta colpita dalle sete e dagli originali disegni. Ho subito deciso di acquistare un ricordo.

Magnifico negozio nella caratteristica Salita Serbelloni, con un vasto assortimento di prodotti in seta e realizzati a mano, 100% made in Italy, tra cui cravatte e foulard. Data la qualità della merce i prezzi non sono per niente alti. Il personale è molto gentile e paziente.

The store attendant was very rude. I was determing weather or not I wanted to buy I shirt I unfolded the one on display. When I folded it and placed it back she snatched it from the shelf and took it behind the counter to refold it. The store attendant also asked very rudely what seemed to be my problem because it was my second time in the store to view the shirt. I really liked the shirt it was great quality but I was completely thrown off by the lack of customer service I just left without purchasing anything.

We made a special trip today to Bellagio from Milan, where we are on business, mainly for the purpose to visit this shop and Luca. We wrote his first Tripadvisor review many years ago (under the heading of his father's shop down the hill.) Luca had just opened his store then. We were not disappointed now, or then either.

Luca is well-informed, helpful, smart, kind, intelligent, and a very low key sales person. He lets his excellent goods do the selling and he has the best silk and wool products. His sense of style is impeccable and he is very instinctive about what your tastes are. This is a wonderful, one-of-a-kind shop. We have traveled the world. My wife works at the World Bank, and I write novels. We have experience.

This place and Luca are worth the special trip to Bellagio. And Bellagio is worth visit on its own.

Locally made and stitched by hand, these are beautiful silk or cashmere scarfs. They are also not very expensive since you are only paying for the quality and not the name as you would with the name brand stuff. The service was excellent, willing to show you anything you want.
